Brent Horwitz joined the WMS team as global chief customer engagement officer early this year after more than 25 years in the cruise and ferry connectivity industry. Having built a strong track record of success with MTN and Speedcast, his experience includes driving profitable and consistent sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of wireless and satellite connectivity solutions that deliver value for cruise and ferry operators. At WMS, Horwitz focuses on customer engagement to ensure products and services exceed the needs of passengers, crew, operations, and value-based objectives. Horwitz holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and management from Nova Southeastern University.
